THESE TERMS CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS INCLUDING AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT REQUIRES ALL CLAIMS TO BE RESOLVED BY WAY OF LEGALLY BINDING ARBITRATION.
BY MAKING USE OF PAYEER SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF DIGITAL CURRENCIES; (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF PAYEER SERVICES; AND (3) PAYEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.

a. Contractual Relationship: These Terms constitute a legal agreement.
b. Changes to These Terms: PAYEER reserves the right to change or modify these Terms.
c. Prohibition of Use: BY ACCESSING AND USING PAYEER SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN ANY TRADE EMBARGOES OR ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LIST. PAYEER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE MARKETS AND JURISDICTIONS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.
All Users must apply for a PAYEER Account at register before using PAYEER Services. By registering, you agree to provide required personal information for identity verification. The account can only be used by the account registrant.
Upon completion of registration and identity verification, you may use various services including Crypto-to-crypto Trading, Fiat Trading, Futures Trading, Options Trading, Margin Trading, Lending Services, Savings Service, Staking Programs, PAYEER POS Service, PAYEER Convert Services, and PAYEER OTC.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PAYEER SERVICES ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
2. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL PAYEER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
PAYEER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, laws, or suspicious activity. Remaining funds will be handled according to our policy, generally payable to PAYEER if termination is due to fraud.
All claims must be resolved by way of legally binding arbitration. Class Action Waiver applies.
